Yoga Reality.

I have supported Carolyn since Reiko PR, designing double page spreads in various Condé Nast publications. Streamlining copy and managing content creation as well as some admin tasks were normal for the hours I was in the office. Since 2020 Carolyn relocated to Germany and decided to give up PR & Marketing and become a full time Yoga teacher. Her clients as a press relations manager had already been in the Holistic and Ayurveda sector, so this was a natural career change for her. 

We needed a brand for her classes, retreats and website so we decided on Yoga Reality, as her method of teaching tends to lean on a therapeutic practice in which the student garners a greater sense of clarity, through Pranayama techniques (Pranayama is the yogic practice of focusing on breath. In Sanskrit, prana means "vital life force", and yama means to gain control). Meaning that Carolyn’s classes would help one find an improved reality through a deep yoga practice.
